My husband and I met and graduated from UC Davis, go Ags! From there, I completed a post-baccalaureate from UCSF, earned my DDS from UOP Dental School, and finished with my two-year pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
I absolutely love coming to work, taking care of kids that often are so worried, and helping them to conquer their fears. While doing so, I get to catch up with the most amazing families that are part of our practice. My biggest compliment comes from parents saying their children have been asking for months to return to our office!
My husband and I are so thrilled to be raising our three girls locally, surrounded by family and friends. We love being out and about, hiking (my pick, not our kids), biking, or just hanging around town with our two crazy doggies.

I moved east to attend Harvard, where I earned both my undergraduate degree and my DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine). Then the best coast called me back home, Bay Area born and raised. I completed my pediatric dental residency at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and Oregon Health & Science University.
I am so grateful for every moment I spend as a pediatric dentist, and I am continually inspired by my amazing patients and their families. I believe the foundation for a lifelong, positive relationship with dental care is built through a whole-person approach that focuses on prevention, education, and healthy habits for each unique child.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find me spending quality time with my sweet son, convincing my husband, family, and friends to try a new recipe I discovered, staying active (volleyball, anyone?), visiting extended family, and staying connected to my local community and church.
Dr. Jasnena Mavi

I’m originally from Detroit, Michigan, and earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University before moving to California to complete my DDS at USC. After practicing as a general dentist, I realized my heart truly belonged in pediatric dentistry and went on to complete my specialty training at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
My goal is to make each visit feel safe, encouraging, and even fun, while partnering closely with parents to build healthy habits that last a lifetime. I truly believe education and prevention are powerful tools, and I love empowering families with the knowledge and confidence they need to support their child’s oral health.
I also have a passion for travel and experiencing different cultures. During dental school, I was fortunate to combine that love of exploration with service by participating in outreach trips to Cambodia, Panama, Belize, and the Philippines, providing care to children with limited access to dental services.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband and our daughter. You can usually find me outdoors, staying active with Lagree and yoga, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends.

After earning my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, I returned home to San Francisco to pursue my dental degree at UCSF. I then completed my pediatric specialty training at USC and Long Beach Memorial/Miller Children’s Hospital. I feel incredibly blessed to now care for children and families here in the Bay Area.
As a pediatric dentist, my goal is to create a fun, compassionate environment where every child feels comfortable and excited to visit us. I’m passionate about giving kids the tools and education they need to maintain healthy habits and happy smiles for years to come.
Outside the office, I love spending time with family and friends, exploring local trails with my maltipoo Mochi, staying active with golf and pilates, and cheering on my favorite team (go Niners!). I’m so excited to meet your family and see your child’s smile grow!

Treating children brings me endless amounts of joy every day, and I love having the opportunity to make visiting the dentist fun and comfortable for kids. It is my goal to provide high-quality dental care to children in a caring and compassionate way, and I am honored to help start your child on a path to long-term dental health and a lifetime of pleasant and positive dental experiences.
My career journey started after graduating from Tulane University. From there, I went to the University of Pennsylvania for dental school, where I graduated with multiple awards and honors. Following dental school, I moved to New York City for a two-year residency at Maimonides Medical Center, then enjoyed nearly a decade at a private practice in the Greater New York Area while also teaching in the pediatric dental residency at Columbia University Hospital.
When not caring for patients, I enjoy reading, traveling the world, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my husband, my kiddos, and puppy.

I am a California native from the Central Valley. I attended the University of the Pacific for both my undergraduate and DDS graduate programs. I strive to help my patients feel comfortable and confident in the quality of their dental care.
It is rewarding to help shape a child's dental experience to make it positive and enjoyable. I believe the key to improving oral health starts with education to help prevent and reduce the need for treatment. I look forward to caring for your children and teens.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my husband and my daughter. One of my biggest passions is traveling the world; experiencing different countries and cultures. In the summers I enjoy soaking up the sun while water skiing and wake surfing, and in the winter, you will usually find me on the ski slopes.

I’m so proud to have been part of this amazing practice for over a decade, working alongside a team and families I truly love.
Born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada (and yes, I’m fluent in French and love poutine!), I made my way to sunny California in 2004 and quickly knew this was where I wanted to stay.
I started my dental career as a Certified Dental Assistant and continued growing into my roles as an RDA and Dental Assistant Instructor before earning my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Management.
When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me soaking up time with my family, planning my next trip (Hawaii has my heart!), and always ready for a little adventure — whether that’s trying something new or taking my Harley-Davidson out for a ride.
